La Table Privée is the heart of the house, because the kitchen is our founding métier. Menus are written each morning from the Gustavia market and the fishermen's landing at Corossol: mahi-mahi, langouste in season, Guadeloupean produce arriving by boat. The repertoire moves between French technique and Caribbean instinct — a ceviche of the morning's catch, a langouste roasted over coals, a passion-fruit soufflé to close. Formats range from a single dinner to the full residency (two meals daily, provisioning included). Every menu is written for your table: dietary constraints, children's service, kosher and halal on request. We cook in your villa's kitchen and leave it cleaner than we found it.

How much does a private chef cost in St Barts?
From €450 per dinner plus provisioning for up to 8 guests; full-residency formulas (two meals daily) are quoted per stay and include market provisioning.
Can the chef handle dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher and halal menus are written per table. Constraints are collected before arrival.
Does the chef bring the food?
Yes — provisioning from the Gustavia market, Corossol fishermen and selected importers is part of the service; you receive one itemised provisioning invoice.
Can the chef cook on a boat?
Yes — we place a chef on board charters, from ceviche lunches at anchor off Fourchue to multi-course sunset dinners.
