Our Memory Designer concierge is one WhatsApp thread that absorbs all of it — restaurant strategy for the week booked on day one, cars and drivers, in-villa spa and yoga, babysitters vetted, florists and photographers for the occasion being celebrated. It works on a flat fee — daily or per stay, never a commission — and every provider it books (restaurant, driver, spa, sitter) contracts with and bills you directly.
