The new all-inclusive
Here, all-inclusive has never been a package: it is a way of composing a stay.
The villa, the chef in residence, the car, the transfers, the boat, the concierge. Logistics solved, the instant optimised. On this island that has become the norm — and the norm no longer distinguishes anyone.
What will remain of it. Memory keeps neither the average nor the duration: it keeps a peak and an ending, and compresses all the rest. A perfectly smooth week therefore produces a blurred memory — the quiet fate of most successful stays.
The work of memory. An intention defined before departure, an instant designed in reverse — from the emotion it must leave to the gestures that produce it — and a tangible trace handed over at the end, so the memory is revived rather than fading.

St Barts is a villa island without an all-inclusive culture. The tradition is assembly — villa, chef, car, boat, bookings — and the result is a well-organised stay of which, a year later, a few photos remain. Our all-inclusive is of another nature: what we include in the stay is the memory itself. A Memory Designer conceives it in reverse, from what must remain — and the island, after twenty-five years of craft, is orchestrated around it.
