Almost all our villas have their pool, often an infinity edge facing the sea — but a pool is only a daily pleasure if everything else follows. A villa with chef and pool means the full day orchestrated: breakfast served at the water’s edge, the chef’s light lunch between swims, dinner at sunset without having to go out.
We choose the villa by the orientation of its terrace and its pool: due west for sunsets, sheltered from the trades for still water. The chef composes around this aquatic rhythm, the concierge holds the rest. The pool becomes the centre of the stay, not a mere amenity.
