St Barts All-Inclusive: the Twelve Questions Everyone Asks

Twelve real questions, twelve plain answers — the FAQ the island deserved.

On the model itself

Is there a resort? No. Is it a package? No — it is a villa with the stay’s moving parts aligned; each provider bills you directly. Is it only for the ultra-rich? No: the frame scales from an €8,000 week for two to estate living. Who is accountable? One person, which is the entire point.

On money

Deposit? Providers take their own, typically 50%. Hidden fees? None — curation is a flat advisory fee, quoted upfront, never a commission. Tipping? 10% in restaurants if service isn’t included; villa staff by discretion at week’s end. Cheapest good month? November.

On logistics

How far ahead? Three to six months, twelve for Christmas. Can it flex on island? Yes — that is what the watching person is for. With children? The villa model is the best family format the Caribbean offers; see the family guide.

On what makes it different here

The honest answer: the island’s all-inclusive is a design discipline, not a hospitality product — the stay is conceived from the memory it should leave. That is the Memory Designer signature, and it is what this house exists to do.

Questions

Can I get one combined invoice?

No — and be wary of anyone who offers one. Each licensed provider contracts and bills directly; the advisory fee is its own transparent line.

What if a provider fails mid-stay?

That is what orchestration is for: the person watching your week replaces the piece before it becomes your problem.
