All-Inclusive Christmas & New Year in St Barts: How the Peak Week Works

The island’s most coveted fortnight, decoded: when to book, what it costs, what to design.

The fortnight everything orbits

December 20 to January 3 is the island at maximum voltage: every villa staffed, Gustavia harbour lined with yachts, the year’s best tables gone by October. Minimum stays of 10–14 nights are standard, and rates run two to three times shoulder season.

Book the frame a year out

The villas worth having for the holidays confirm 10–12 months ahead; chefs and boats follow by late summer. If you are reading this in autumn for the coming December, the answer is: call now and be flexible on the house.

What all-inclusive changes at the peak

In the fortnight when every provider is saturated, alignment is the scarce resource. A stay with its chef, cars, boat and réveillon table already threaded is a different holiday from one assembled on arrival — the December difference is not comfort, it is feasibility.

Design the two evenings that matter

Christmas Eve that resembles your family rather than a décor; a New Year’s Eve remembered for what was said. Those are designed occasions — our Christmas & New Year offer opens its December slots early and closes them fast.

Questions

How far ahead should we book Christmas in St Barts?

Ten to twelve months for the villa; chefs, boats and réveillon tables by September. Last-minute December works only with total flexibility.

Is there a minimum stay at the holidays?

Almost always 10–14 nights over the Christmas–New Year fortnight, set by the villas themselves.
