The Breath Collection: Seven Days to Recover in St Barts (May–July)

The collection of recovery: seven days to sleep, to breathe and to find a body again.

Who it is for

This collection is meant for those who arrive emptied, and it works by subtraction rather than addition. Breath is a seasonal collection from our St Barts atelier — not a package sold from a brochure, but a way of composing an entire stay around a single intention.

The approach

It is meant for those who arrive emptied. The Breath collection does not fill days, it empties them: sunrise yoga on Saline's sand before the world, a coach late morning for those who want the honest kind of tiredness, the private spa at the hour when UV drives everyone into shade, the couples massage at sunset on the terrace. The table follows — the morning detox programme, pressed juices and vivid plates, then a real dinner at night, because this is not about deprivation. We offer it from May to July, when the island breathes too: the silence high season never knows.

What the Breath collection includes

The collection is not a menu to pick from — it is a composed whole. Its building blocks: Private sunrise yoga, on sand or terrace. Fitness coach or breathwork, depending on the day. Private in-villa spa at the harshest hours. Morning detox programme, market dinners at night. Each element is arranged in advance and adjusted to your party once we know it.

Practical notes

Breath is a seasonal collection, available only in its season for the reasons above. Pricing depends on villa size, party and dates rather than a fixed rate, which is why the collection is quoted as a single all-inclusive figure agreed before arrival — accommodation, chef, provisioning, experiences, vehicle and concierge in one number, with a written exclusion list so nothing surprises you on the island.

How to book it

The Breath collection is orchestrated as a single stay with one point of contact — villa, chef, experiences and logistics agreed before you fly, nothing left to assemble on arrival. The full formats, seasonality and current availability live on the collection page, and every stay is composed to the party rather than sold from a shelf.

Questions

Must I already practise yoga or train?

No. Sessions adjust to the body that arrives, not the reverse — that is the point of a dedicated teacher rather than a group class.

Can it be lived as a couple or alone?

Both work. Alone it becomes a retreat; as two, a reunion — and the composition changes accordingly.

Do I need to already practise yoga or train for the Breath collection?

No. Every session adjusts to the body that arrives rather than the reverse — which is the whole point of a dedicated teacher instead of a group class.
